Buses to Roseto centre and other coastal towns stop 200 metres from the resort. The A14 Motorway is 4 km away, and it is a 40-minute drive to Pescara.

The hotel day starts from hour 16:00 and ends at 10:00.

Two-Bedroom Apartment. All Duplex apartments (c.a.70 m²) are on the first floor not accessible by lift. On the main floor there are one bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a small balcony with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchenette with everything you would need to cook (induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, pots and italian coffee maker (Moka). On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a double or twin bed and a bathroom with shower. Most of our apartments face our garden and pool. The price includes the final cleaning, the use of the garage, swimming pool and bikes (upon availability). We provide bed linen and towels kit. For stays longer then two weeks, we offer intermediate cleaning with changing of bed linen and towels free of charge. Further cleaning service or linen change can be provided on request and by reservation with extra charge. We do not provide beach or pool towels. Free WiFi is available inappartments and in the gardenpool areas. ;
